A contractor for the City of Denton, will begin street reconstruction on Edwards Rd. from Camino Real Tr. to Swisher Rd. (see map on back). Weather conditions and contractor scheduling may impact the plans, but we hope to have the project completed by September 10. This project is part of the Bond Program. Click Full Story for details.

The technical difficulties experienced at the pool over the weekend have been resolved and pool access is now available to all owners that are current on their assessments.

This is simply an update to let everyone know what is happening at the pool.
Despite our best efforts, there have been technical difficulties with the gate card reader during this past weekend. We are working diligently with multiple vendors to resolve this problem. At this time, we simply have no idea what the actual issue is that is preventing the cards from opening the gate. To our knowledge, only one card is functioning. As soon as possible, we will have the system fully functional. We will try to keep everyone posted via this website.
We apologize for every inconvenience this may have caused, especially since it was Mother’s Day Weekend.

We want to take this opportunity to introduce to you Legacy Southwest Property Management, LP’s newest manager, Tonya Martin.
