2018 Pool Season Opening!!

Please note the following:

• Each home is allocated one (1) access cards/keys. If yours happens to get lost or stolen, there is a $25 replacement fee.
• Each home must have a Pool Key Request Form and a signed pool rules form on file to obtain keys. These are simple acknowledgements of the rules and agreement to above by them, including a liability waiver.
• Announcements regarding the pool and other Association matters are posted on the community website, so EVERY owner needs to register at www.villagesofcarmelhoa.com. If ever there is an emergency pool closure, this is where we post the information.
• You need to be current on your assessments to use the pool facilities. Access can be denied and shut down for owners that are delinquent.
