Payment Reminder

This is a friendly reminder, annual assessments are due on or before January 31, 2021. Payments not received on time may be charged late fees, collection cost and interest depending on the policies for your community.

When making a payment please use the first nine digits of your account number. I have attached a PDF of the different payment options available to you.

If you are unable to make your payment in full, please contact your community manager Ivori Moore to set up a payment plan. Please note, once a payment plan is approved fees are not charged as long as the payment plan is followed to completion and your community policies allow.
